Seizmic runs on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. This page sets out where your data lives, how it is protected, and how Wingman uses it.

Hosting
Where your data lives
Microsoft Fabric on Azure. [Client tenant or Seizmic tenant; region, for example South Africa North or US East.] Data stays in that region.
Encryption
In transit and at rest
TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest, managed by Microsoft Azure.
Access
Role-based, with MFA
Sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID with multi-factor authentication. Row-level security limits each user to their entities.
Audit
Every load and change logged
Loads are time-stamped, and model changes are backed up before they are applied, so any number can be traced and any change rolled back.
AI
How AI assistants use data
Wingman and the Claude and Copilot MCP connector read only the data the signed-in user can see, and the connector is read-only. Your data is not used to train AI models. [Model provider, processing region, prompt logging policy.]
